10:30 am Arrival and Check -in, Open the Circle
11:00 am Workshop 1: Introduction to Shamanic Dreaming
o Overview - what is shamanic dreaming, why it’s important, how to do it
o Group work
o Conclude with a drumming journey
1:00 pm Lunch at Willows
1:45 pm Workshop 2: Honoring the dream: Making a dream mandala
o The importance of honoring the dream
o Participants choose a dream to work with
o Create a visual representation of the chosen dream (materials provided)
3:45 pm Workshop 3: Becoming the Vision
o Creating integrity as a Seer
o Embodiment exercises including: Dropping into the body, guided movement exploration and body scan meditation
o Self-attunement: creating relationship with the energy of meaningful supports from the spirit or nature or other realms and becoming/embodying the support and healing
5:45 pm Close the Circle

A lifelong dreamer, Mary Seward has been actively working with her dreams since 2010, completing Denise Linn's Dreamgate Coaching program, working with the methods of Jeremy Taylor, and studying shamanic dreaming with Susan Morgan. Her specialty is working with dreams of the departed and assisting her community in times of grief. Mary has recently launched a program in a local VT grade school teaching empowerment through dreamwork to 5th graders as a way to honor her roots. She now sits on the Mystic Dream Center's Board of Directors as Vice President.
Stephanie has been an active dreamer her whole life growing up in New Hampshire. As a child, she always had numerous dream books in her school backpack at all times and has carried her passion of dreaming into her adult life. In more recent years she has been focused on developing her wide range of different types of dreamwork including Active Dreaming, Lucid Dreaming, and Astral Traveling. Stephanie is an active member of the Mystic Dream Center.
