Qi Gong: Qi Gong is a time honored tradition of meditation and subtle movement known for its benefits to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. Qi is energy, life force: Qi Gong is the practice of applying consciousness toward this energy. This practice increases the flow of energy in the body and helps to remove mental and emotional blockages: restoring and allowing focus and clarity.
Sacred Geometry for Mind, Body and Soul: This workshop will introduce Astrological themes of balance such as synchronicity with the Moon, and will include a guided Chakra meditation, an introduction to Solfeggio Frequencies, and tuning fork therapy.
Balancing the Heart and Mind: Many of the emotions we experience are directly related to our worldview—how we think about life and our attitude toward the people in it. In this workshop we will explore worldviews and their relationship to the heart so that you can determine if yours is ready for an attitude adjustment or already supportive. This could be just what the doctor ordered to calm the waters of your heart. Hopefully we will be able to laugh with affection at some of our insane thinking.
Create Your Personal Herbal Bath Recipes for Balance: Organic ingredients will be provided to mix and blend your very own personal bath teas and salt baths.
Still Waters Run Deep: Exploring Female Orgasm: In this workshop, the legend of female ejaculation will be examined, the myths discarded, and the reality that is female ejaculation will be explored. We will discover what the g-spot is and how to find it, the difference between a clitoral and g-spot orgasm, what female ejaculation is made of and how to relax and get your own juices flowing! The format will be information sharing, with an open discussion and lots of time for questions and answers. This will be a fun and informative workshop!
